Order Processing
Our goal is to give our customers a smooth and effective order processing experience. We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery Timelines
• The typical shipping period for your order is 3 to 7 working days after it leaves our warehouse.
• Please be aware that orders shipping to J&K, military installations, rural domestic addresses, and North India will take an extra 2 or more days to arrive.
• We collaborate with India’s top logistics companies to guarantee prompt and easy delivery of your order.
• You can track your order at any moment using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Payment Method
We accept online payments only. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
Failed Deliveries (Unavailable or Invalid Address)
• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery or if an invalid shipping address was provided, the courier will return the package back to our warehouse.
• The package will only be resent once the address and availability are confirmed with our team via email or WhatsApp.
• Please note: Shipping costs for resending the package will be charged separately.
